When you complete the application form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, state, occupation, licensing status, sales experience, availability, and the written responses you submit.

If you log in as a recruiter, we use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is strictly functional and is not used for advertising or tracking.

We use the information you submit to review your application, evaluate fit for the opportunity, and contact you about next steps, including scheduling an interview.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site and process applications: Supabase (secure application storage and recruiter authentication), Formspree (application email delivery), Calendly (interview scheduling, if you choose to book a time), and Vercel (website hosting). Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and maintains its own privacy and security practices.

This site currently uses only strictly necessary cookies required for recruiter login sessions. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to any legal or recordkeeping obligations we may have.

This site and its application process are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
